Privacy

Bragg Networks is one person. This page describes everything the site collects, which is almost nothing.

What is collected

One thing: an email address, and only when you voluntarily type it into the CV request form on the card page. Nothing else is collected, and there is no other form on this site.

Submitting that form also transmits, as any web request does, your IP address and browser user-agent to Cloudflare, who serve this site. Those are not recorded by Bragg Networks and are not linked to your address.

Why

To send you the CV you asked for, and to let Justin know who asked. That second purpose is honest and worth stating plainly: when someone scans the business card, he wants to know.

What is not done with it

Where it goes

The site stores nothing. There is no database and no logging of submissions — by design, so there is no store to leak. Two processors are involved in transit:

After those emails are sent, the only remaining copy of your address is the notification message in Justin's own mailbox.

How long it is kept

That notification email is deleted within 12 months of receipt. There is nothing else to delete, because nothing else was kept.

Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to justin@braggnetworks.com and it will be handled — in practice this means finding one email and deleting it, so it is quick.

Analytics

If page analytics are enabled on this site they are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and reports only aggregate page counts. No other analytics are used.

Changes

If this policy changes, the change will be to this page. There is no mailing list on which to announce it.
